Kerry Smith
Kerry comes from the financial sector, having spent almost 20 years working within the regulatory compliance arena, including time with the Financial Services Authority, two large fiduciary services companies and a well known law firm. She has an invaluable wealth of knowledge and experience covering compliance, risk management, corporate governance and project management.
Kerry also has experience as a qualified Chartered Secretary and has worked with several licensed businesses providing the company secretarial function, internal audit support, enhanced due diligence, monitoring, reporting and compliance mentoring support.
Kerry has undergone numerous regulatory visits and audit inspections with the Financial Services Authority, The Gambling Supervision Commission and The Law Society.

A highly regarded Fellow of the Institute of Directors with qualifications in accountancy, law, economics, HR and recruitment.
A successful career in a range of international and local organisations covering a rich mix of finance, property and high-level retail. Long-time supporter, governor and trustee of 3rd sector operations, including Hospice Isle of Man and an active member of IOM Rotary.
